India's Muslim delegation is going to Kashmir

Spiritual leaders and Sufi leaders of various Muslim religious institutions in the country are going to the valley to assess the current situation of Jammu and Kashmir in India.

From October 12 to October 14, these days, they will talk to local people and try to understand the real situation there.

An 18-member Muslim delegation will be led by Nasiruddin Chisti, son of Dewan Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, an Ajmer Dargah of Jaipur. The delegation is being sent to the valley mainly through the initiative of Zainul Abedin.

Ajmer Dargah Diwan said on this occasion, "Different propaganda is being carried out against India along Kashmir from beyond the border. I think we should talk to the people of Kashmir, especially with the young people there and work for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir.

And that is why it was decided to send a delegation to the valley. In fact, we want to serve as a bridge between the people and the prosperity of Kashmir. '

He also said, “The visit of the Muslim delegation has already been informed by the central government and the concerned authorities. The delegation will leave Delhi tomorrow on Saturday. The delegation comprises Muslim members of Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Bihar.

Nasiruddin Chishti, on the other hand, said, "Members of the delegation will talk to the youth community of Muttur Jammu and Kashmir and evaluate the reality there." Our main aim is to gain the confidence of the youth and other people and bring them back to the mainstream of society. '

It is to be noted that on August 8, several restrictions were imposed in the valley on the withdrawal of the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and the division of the state into two regions (Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh), fearing the center's decision and militant attacks.

As directives were issued to tourists, pilgrims, workers, students, leaving Jammu and Kashmir, telephone, internet, and cable television services were stopped in fear of unrest. Curfew was issued in multiple places.

Leaders of multiple political parties were detained. Altogether, the working life of Kashmir was halted. Although gradually a few restrictions are relaxed. Schools, colleges, universities, government, and private offices were opened. Even though the number of attendees was counted.

Meanwhile, nearly two months after Thursday, the door to travel to Kashmir was opened to tourists from Thursday.
